The Dominique Literacy Center is a non profit organization established in Saint Rock in the community of Carrefour (Haiti) with a goal of helping children on their path to educational and spiritual growth. Our Mission is to offer a basic education to those who would not otherwise have this luxury. TDLC Saint Rock was founded in 2011 in memory of Frederic Dominique who was killed in the Haiti earthquake of 2010.
