Emmanuel College’s Centre for Religion and Its Contexts is proud to be hosting the launch of David Kim-Cragg’s book, Water from Dragon’s Well: The History of a Korean-Canadian Church Relationship on Monday, October 3 at 7 p.m. EDT. The launch is online and free, but registration is required. Kim-Cragg is both a sessional lecturer at Emmanuel College and minister at St. Matthew’s United Church in Richmond Hill.
Kim-Cragg will be joined by Phyllis D. Airhart (professor emerita, Emmanuel College), Dr. Keith Carlson (Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Indigenous and Community-Engaged History and director of the Peace and Reconciliation Centre, University of the Fraser Valley) and Kang-hee Han (sessional lecturer of Christian history, Hanshin University) for a conversation about his book.
