Dr. Guillén is the Community of Faith Support Minister for Conseil régional Nakonha:ka Regional Council. In this role she supports churches and other communities of faith to best live out their goals. She assists in building the capacity of communities to engage in ministry, visioning, strategic planning, and regional policy support. 

Esther comes to this role with a lifetime of experience in the UCC, and a passion for ecumenism. She has a PhD, MA, and BA, all in the history of Christianity, and has spent most of the last 13 years thinking about the Gospel of Matthew (she would be very happy to talk to you about the Magi).
